Studio Tour

This small efficiency is located in APTOS in the center of a 30 acre bamboo forest. It is surrounded by walking paths, ponds and picnic areas, available for your use. It is in a secure and safe limited access gated facility. The house and grounds are designated no smoking, and no dogs are allowed.

All utilities are included in the rent except, phone, cable and DSL which are available. There is no private yard, but plenty of shared space.

It is a nice bike ride to Cabrillo college and there is a bus stop right at the end of the driveway.

This studio is one large room that mesures 15 x 17, including the kitchen area. The ceilings are quite high giving it a spacious feeling.

Next to the entry is closet. Additional storage is availible in the loft above the kitchen.

The windows are all insulated and the view out the back is of bamboo!

This is the view out the front door. Covered parking is provided for one car. The apartment opens onto the parking lot of a retail nursery.

The Nursery offers acres of walking paths, picnic areas and pond which you can enjoy.
