There is a bus stop at the end of the driveway with bus service to Cabrillo and Santa Cruz. It is a no smoking facility. No Dogs. Parking is limited to 2 cars.

The lower floor contains a bedroom, full bathroom and living room. The upstairs has a large open room, kitchen and full bathroom. Phone, cable and DSL are available. Utilities are paid.

It is available immediately and one year lease and two month security deposit is required.

This is an amazing quiet location.
