This comfortable 4 BR, 2 Bath house is located on the corner of Green Valley Road and Wheelock. It is in a very desirable part of Santa Cruz county, within walking distance of the exclusive Monta Vista School.

Be aware, that we just purchased the house from a bank and it is not in very good shape. It needs all kinds of cleanup but rather than doing all that work right now, we are looking for someone on a budget who is handy, and can clean it up in exchange for discounted rent.

This house would normally rent for $2900 per month but we are offering 'as is' for this low rent. We will give you that rate for one or more years along with a lease. Minimum lease is one year but 2 or 3 years will be considered.

It is a sunny spot with two bedrooms at each end of the house and a large sunny living space in the middle. There is lots of parking, and a basement. Back Deck even has a hot tub. The yard is fenced.

This nice house is on a corner lot with nice views.

The living room is good sized. The paint is pretty good but the carpet is stained and will need to be cleaned. There is a nice wood stove at the far end which is your source of heat for the house.

The kitchen is nice sized but but is a little rough. Stove and dishwasher are in good shape but cabinets need a little repair. Refrigerator is not shown here but is included.

The breakfast area is amazing with so much light and a great covered deck right outside. Its going to need some paint.

Back Deck and covered porch are fantastic. The yard needs a lot of cleaning up.

The hot tub seems like all it needs is to be cleaned out BUT I have no idea and make no guarantee! It may take some work to get it running.

THe basement has a lot of room with a washer and dryer hookup. It is currently set up for an electric dryer. There is one included by I do not know if it works.
