Lincoln and 6th Retail or Office

Lincoln and 6th Retail or Office

This Gallery Space has been used by Richard MacDonald for many years and it is now available. This space would be good for a business office such as a, Realtor, CPA, Law office, or for a retail operation. The glass door has direct visibility from the sidewalk, which has lots of visibility in the center of the retail district in downtown Carmel. It has been used as a showroom, office and storage over the years.

The space is 625 sf which includes a small room with a sink and shower where you could crash if working late. There is also a bathroom (sf not counted) which is shared with one other unit. The space has a separate electric meter. All other utilities are provided.

Come take a look and lets talk about what can be done.

The unit is on the lower level with a private entrance from the sidewalk and there is 2 hour parking in front.

We are the second building in from the corner of Lincoln and 6th across from the street from a park, near the Library.

This is a large open space. The alcoves on the far wall have lots of potential.

This second view shows the door into the hall with a shared restroom. The last tenant used the space as office so the lighting is appropriate. For other uses it may want to be changed.
The private office has a small sink and shower and a nice place for a coffee maker. The restroom is behind the door shown in the corner. It is currently having some tile work done but will be ready soon.
