House Tour

This comfortable 2 BR, 1 Bath house is located just off Green Valley Road near the Taco Bell. It is close to all kinds of shopping, but on a quiet dead end street.

Be aware, that we just purchased the house and it is not in very good shape. It needs all kinds of cleanup but rather than doing all that work right now, we are looking for someone on a budget who is handy, and can clean it up in exchange for discounted rent.

This house would normally rent for $1500 per month but we are offering 'as is' for $900.

There is lots of parking, and a garage conversion that can be used for storage. Nice fenced back yard has shade.

This nice little house is set back from the road with a big front yard.

The living room is good sized. The paint is good but the carpet stained.

The kitchen is small but has outside door going to a patio.

The master bedroom is pretty good sized with very cool built in details and two closets.

This little entry to the MBR has built-in cabinets.

The bathroom could use some attention, but works.

The second bedroom is also good sized with a large closet.

The fenced back yard has some shade, and includes a garage conversion which includes a kitchen and bath. They are in pretty bad shape right now so this building would be best used for storage.
