The house includes a two car garage and parking for three in the driveway.

Here is the walkway to the front of the house. A perfect courtyard to be decorated with your favorite plants. Drip irrigation is included at each post so you never need to water.

A fountain is located at the end of the courtyard next to the front door.

We used the garage as a game room for the kids. It is nicely finished with two automatic overhead doors, nice windows with blinds and plenty of outlets.

The garage has washer and dryer hookups (machines are included), Loads of deep drawers and storage and a place for a second refrigerator or freezer.

The kitchen is small but very efficient. Please note that the counters are a little higher than normal so this kitchen is perfect for tall cooks! Nice granite with an amazing double two drawer dishwasher.

Gas range with built-in microwave and small breakfast bar completes the kitchen. Additional counters and storage are in the adjacent hall.

This 'third' bedroom is about 11' x 14' with bamboo floors. It is immediately next to a full bath.

This bathroom, next to the third bedroom is granite and marble. It has lots of storage.

Now moving into the second master suite or the 'guest suite' as we used it there is a nice hall with more cabinets and granite countertop. This is a great place to serve food for guests heading out onto the deck to eat.

The guest closet also is a great place for extra kitchen things.

The second bedroom or guest room is about 10' x 15' with a great custom mural on the wall. It has its own electric heat with a thermostat in the bedroom.

The 2nd bathroom includes a full sized shower with grab bars.

Before going outside to the back yard, lets look upstairs. Here is the main hall, with living area at the far end, bedroom behind us and our own personal laundry, bath, shower and dressing rooms.

The master bedroom is about 19' x 16' but with an interesting shape. With tall ceilings and sloping sides, the room can hold a lot of furniture.

Next down the hall is the toilet with a small sink and operable skylight.

This second laundry facility with granite countertop saves you hauling clothes up and down the steps.

Next down the hall is the shower room. This marble room contains a luxurious shower with 2 shower heads and its own flash hot water heater for instant hot water. It also has an operable skylight.

Next comes the dressing room with granite counter and sink, lots of mirrors, drawers and a huge closet with storage shelves.

Finally a large built-in bookshelf finishes up the hall. Shown FULL and empty.

The rest of the upstairs is this 23' x 29' space that could be used for many things. We divided it as a home theater and office. Here is the view from the door. The theater end of the room has plenty of room for a full sized system, and a great living area. The acoustic panels on the ceiling provide perfect sound. For other uses they can be easily removed.

Back downstairs, here is the view from the back door. A large deck with built-in benches makes for great outdoor living.

There is a covered porch at the back door.

The back yard is small but fully enclosed so pets are free to wander. Automatic sprinklers take care of everything but the grass.

The back yard contains an apple tree, a bamboo hedge, and a ginkgo, sweet-gum and maple so the fall colors are great.

There is a side walkway and gate to the front parking area so you have access to the back yard without going through the house if you like.
