This house has one bedroom, with a large closet. THe washer and dryer hookups are on the back porch. The living room has a great fireplace, and an extra room used as a dining room/office or extra bedroom has a new wood stove. The basement is available for storage. It is a very quiet and secluded location. La Honda is a great little town with an excellent elementary school, tennis courts, community swimming pool, hiking trails and a clubhouse. 20 minutes drive from I 280 at Palo Alto means a comfortable commute.

Security deposit is 2 months. One or more year lease required. No smoking. Cats are OK, but the dog issue is a concern as there is no fenced yard, so your dog will have to be walked. DSL and cable available. Cell phones even work in La Honda now! Water is included in the rent (a $250/mo value). You pay gas and half the electricity bill. The hot water and stove are all gas.

Separate apartment with separate yard and driveway is next door to the left and is not part of this unit. It is hardly noticeable.
